Nu Skin response on COVID-19

Dear Leader,

For 36 years, we at Nu Skin have proudly honored our commitment to being a force for good throughout the world – one act – one person at a time. Because of this pledge, the safety, health, and well-being of our leaders, customers, and employees will always be our first priority.

It is in this spirit that I wanted to update you on what we're doing right now at Nu Skin to protect you, your family – and our broader Nu Skin family.

First of all, be assured that Nu Skin remains fully operational — orders are being processed as usual on nuskin.com, product manufacturing and shipping are running efficiently following our strict quality and safety standards, and call centers are operating to provide you with the very best support. We are fortunate to have a business that leverages technology and remote work very well, and we are seeing leaders from around the world adapt to recommended social distancing protocols by moving their interactions online. We are also leveraging technology with our employees and have temporarily enabled remote work in several locations, including our Provo headquarters. Though their work environment has changed, our employees continue to deliver the outstanding service and support you expect from Nu Skin.

Following guidance from international and local health agencies and governments, we have adjusted our meetings to avoid large group gatherings. In light of the current situation, we have cancelled or postponed large meetings and success trips, including our Team Elite cruise, which will be replaced with alternative Team Elite experiences in the future. Postponed event information will be shared by market leadership as plans develop.

Challenges like this can seem daunting, but you can rest assured that you, your teams and your customers can continue to expect the very best products and support. YOU are the reason that Nu Skin employees give their all every day. And I promise you that we will work harder than ever during this time to earn and keep your trust.
